Presenter: JIM CRUMP, CRMS - Risk Management Consultant & Certified Risk Management Specialist, Harvard Benefits                                    "Identity Theft: Effects & Impact on employees and you as an HR professional”                                    Jim’s presentation will center on the pandemic effects of Identity Theft and the impact that this ever-growing crime can have on your employees and ultimately you as an HR professional.  We will look at the toll that “absenteeism” and “presenteeism” are having on the typical company today.  We will discuss ways to educate your employees on the part that they can play in reducing exposure to Identity Theft both individually and corporately.  The information will be delivered in a fast-paced way with a mixture of fun, discussion, and video clips to illustrate certain points.  Each attendee will walk away with one hour of HRCI credit and a heightened awareness of the Identity Theft problem and the solutions that exist today.                                Presenter's BIO:                                                         Jim Crump,  a Georgia native, is a graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he studied Business Administration and Finance.  Mr. Crump is a 13-year LaGrange, GA resident and a member of First United Methodist Church.
