Doug Ward is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in
customer-centric leadership roles. As the founder of Elevating Everyone, a
consultancy committed to optimizing workplace culture, Doug is
passionate about empowering teams and leaders to unlock their highest
potential. His dedication to fostering transformational change is rooted in
his belief that people are the heartbeat of any organization.
Prior to launching his consultancy, Doug served as Vice President of
Support Excellence at Comcast/NBCUniversal, where he led over 4,000
team members and implemented innovative programs and processes that
drove exceptional operational results. His authentic and relatable
communication style, combined with his deep understanding of effective
team-building strategies, makes him a sought-after speaker and consultant.
Doug holds an MBA from Bethel University and resides in Charleston, South
Carolina, with his family. Through his work with Elevating Everyone, he
continues to inspire organizations to build positive, people-centered
cultures that deliver operational success.
