Lisa is currently the Senior Vice President, The Mercer Group, Inc. and Consultant/Principal at Reaching Higher HR Solutions, Inc.

Lisa is a USA Veteran. She has serves as the President for Athens Area SHRM 2017 through May 2018.  She was the past HR Director of Athens-Clarke County 2004-2017, Director of Training and Benefits for Jackson EMC 2017 -2018.
