Succession Planning

Our topic this month is Succession Planning, and Ms. Catherine Bennett has a wealth of knowledge that she will be sharing on the subject. 

Catherine Bennett is an Organizational and Talent Development Manager, Public Speaker and Consultant and with over twenty-five years of experience in Performance Improvement specializing in Executive Leadership, and Management Training. She has expertise in Identification, training and retention of High-Potential employees. She is a co-inventor of GOV360, a multi-rater leadership assessment tool. She has expertise in the public sector, state and local government and publicly funded higher education. She currently works for the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County as the Organizational Development Administrator.

Her accomplishments includes:

*Co-inventor of GOV360, a governmental management multi-rater assessment instrument measuring 23 leadership competencies developed through a collaborative effort between the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and the University of Georgia Psychology Department.

*Selected by The University of Georgia as a Master Teacher to be a Visiting Scholar training government officials in Qinghai and Jiangxi Provinces, China.
