This course is for hiring managers at the supervisory, managerial, and director/administrative levels. The purpose of this course is to review the basics of employment law and the organization’s selection process so you may legally hire, evaluate, and select employees. This course will also expose you to competency-based interviewing practices. You will learn to predict the on-the-job performance of candidates, reduce the percentage of “bad hires,” and enhance your interviewing process.
