- The session will discuss the common administration errors that 401k plans are found to make, how the IRS/DOL are targeting to find these issues within plans, and how a company can put check and balances in place to help run a compliant retirement plan.

"Keeping Your 401k Benefit Competitive: Understanding Common 401k Trends for Large Employers"

- The session will discuss trends seen in the 250 largest national employers, then also discuss how to take this information and apply it to make sure the 401k plan offered by the company is a competitive offering for its industry.

Katie has dedicated her career to working with businesses to help them implement a retirement plan designed to attract and retain employees, while also making sure the plan is structured to support the administration needs of the company's HR department. She is based out of Qualified Plans' Atlanta office.
