Growing Leadership to Retain Employees

No matter the size of the organization stage of development or level of success, when it comes to employee retention, "Leadership Matters".

While leadership means among other things, the ability to engender loyalty, employee turnover may be less a reflection on loyalty than many have assumed.

As leaders we need to examine many variables that lead to employee turnover  and develop a viable retention strategy.

Attendees will:

  • Identify employees' biggest motivators
  • Understand what employees really need
  • Learn from the formula for Retention: Engagement + Enhancement(Empowerment)
  • Use your leadership leverage to build a retention wall
